Appointment Cancellation Policy
Australian Professional Counselling Services is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care and service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they may prevent another client from having the opportunity to have an appointment.
* Please note 48 HOURS notice must be given to cancel a session. Also if you have already paid no refunds are given. We will give you the time of the session you missed in the future. No exceptions are given.
In the event that no notification is given, you will be charged the FULL amount for the missed appointment. Cancellations or changes will only be accepted via phone, not via text or email.
